We are offsetting 39 Tons of CO2

We are offsetting 39 Tons of CO2 to represent our annual usage of electricty and gas. Our utilities are part of our rent, so we've made these estimates based on the landlords overall utility usage. We are taking a share of gas usage equal to our percentage of the facility's floor space. We're offsetting electricity equal to half our share of floor space, due to the use of electricity to maintain the ice rinks for the facility.
