No purchase necessary to win. A single free entry is allowed to any resident 18 and over of the US, Canada or UK, by writing ?OFFSETING 1 MILLION WEB SITES? on a 3?x 5? post card, and your name, address, telephone number, age, gender and the valid email address that is your 4Offsets login. 2. ADDITIONAL ENTRIES: 1 additional entry is awarded to every registered member for each Offset package. Note: each certificate represents a single offset package.

3. PRIZE DRAWINGS: 4Offsets will draw a grand prize winner on or after April 22, 2009, for all entries received on or before April 21st, 2009. The drawing will be in the form of a software generated random number to choose the entry that wins.

4. ELIGIBILITY: The ?1 Million Offsets? contest is offered only to legal residents of the United States of America, United Kingdom and Canada. A valid US, UK or Canadian government issued photo id and social security/tax number are required to collect the prize. Additionally the winner agrees to allow 4Offsets, llc to use their name and likeness in company promotions. This offer is void in jurisdictions where any of these rules contradict local law.

5. PRIZES: The prize will be based on 10% of all revenues collected during the ?1 Million Offsets? campaign, with guaranteed minimum of $5000 cash with a maximum prize of $100,000. No other prizes will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of prizes is allowed. Taxes are the responsibility of winners. Non U.S. residents are liable for all taxes imposed the US government and/or their home tax laws.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules which are final on all matters pertaining to 4Offsets. By using this site, you agree to the 4Offsets Rules and the terms of use. If you do not agree to these rules, please do not use our sites. We reserve the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Rules and terms of use at any time. Continued use of the 4Offsets website or your continued acceptance of our email following the posting of changes to these Rules and terms of use will constitute acceptance of these changes. Check this page regularly, to view changes. This contest is governed by the laws of the US and the State of Michigan. The receipt of emails from 4Offsets is required for your participation in and to claim any prize.

7. REQUIRED SUBSCRIPTION: Return of any 4Offsets Email or Prize Claim Email instructions as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Winners further grant to 4Offsets, llc. the right, but not the obligation, to use and publish their proper name and home country and state or city, online and in print, or any other media, in connection with 4Offsets, llc. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for and their advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless 4Offsets, llc. and Sponsors, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won. Other restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.

8. CONDUCT: These Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. These Official Rules are posted on the 4Offsets web site throughout the contest. 4Offsets, llc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry and/or participant that it finds to be tampering with: 1) entry process 2) the operation of the website 3) acting in violation of the Official Rules 4) behave acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participant or company employee. 4Offsets, llc. reserves the right to audit all winners following the drawing and can revoke the prize if the winner has more than 1 free registration and entry into the contest.

9. OTHER DISCLAIMERS: No responsibility is assumed by 4Offsets, LLC. or sponsors for lost, late, misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of 4Offsets, llc and sponsors and will not be returned to entrant.

10. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: 4Offsets, llc. and sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect and/or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users and/or by any of the equipment and/or programming associated with and/or utilized in any contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions, confirmations or any other e-mails from 4Offsets, llc. and Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft and/or destruction and/or unauthorized access to, and/or alteration of entries. 4Offsets, llc. and Sponsors are not responsible for any problems and/or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email and/or players on account of technical problems and/or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to and/or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, and/or any other causes beyond the control of 4Offsets, llc. and Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity and/or proper conduct of this contest, 4Offsets, llc. and Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest. 4Offsets, llc., makes no representations or warranties of any nature whatsoever with respect to any product or service advertised in any promotion, sweepstakes or other contest presented by 4Offsets, llc. Any liability for claims or damages with respect thereto shall be the sole responsibility of the advertiser.

11. WINNER'S LIST: The first name and country and/or city of the grand prize winner will be posted on the site within 14 days of the drawing.

12. Employees and directors of 4Offsets, llc. (Sponsor), its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion (and their immediate family members and those living in the same households) are ineligible.
